Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Delivery will be made within [3 -4] weeks following receipt of payment.

Where will my order be delivered?

Delivery will be made directly to your facility. Unless otherwise noted.

How can I track my order?

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with complete tracking information.

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the US for now and we will be shipping everywhere USPS and Fed-x will deliver in the future. We will announce when we go international.

What forms of payment do you take?

Forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa or AMEX which [Skull Coffee Co] will accept over the phone or on line before the actual order is placed and a receipt will be emailed to you upon receipt.

Is coffee a refundable product?

Coffee is a non-refundable product as it is a food product and will be thrown away. If our website description is incorrect we will send you a new bag of coffee. Note, that you will need to provide photos and a description of what you received and send to skullcoffeecompany@gmail.com to show us what went wrong.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Due to our distributor, all orders placed are immediately processed. Please notify us within 12-24 hours of purchase if you’d like to cancel the order. We will then inform you if your order has already been processed or not.

What is the best way to store my coffee?

Coffee is best stored in an opaque, airtight container in a cool, dry place. You do not want your beans exposed to light or humidity, as it can compromise the freshness and quality!

How long does coffee last?

Dried coffee, if stored properly, can last for a few months. We made this nifty chart to give you an idea!

Is your coffee Keto Friendly?

Absolutely! We do not use sugar or sweeteners in our flavors, and each brewed 8oz cup has approximately 2 calories, 0g carbs and 0g sugar!

Is your coffee vegan?

Flavored coffee has been converted to all-natural – S & S Flavors is supplying us with all-natural, vegan.

Is your coffee gluten-free?

Flavored coffee has been converted to all natural – S & S Flavors is supplying us with all natural, vegan, gluten free flavorings and they are fantastic.

Do you off any of your coffee in decaf?

Yes, currently we are only carrying one Decaf Coffee called “Rest In 6 Pieces” and you can find it here:

What method of payment do you accept?

What is the minimum of bags required for wholesale order?

The minimum order of bags is 12. They must all be one flavor and must be all whole bean or ground coffee.

How long does it take get a wholesale order?

Wholesale orders will take approximately 3-4 weeks to receive. If you have a special event coming up, please order accordingly.

How are wholesale orders packaged and produced?

All of our coffee is Roast To Order, so nothing is ever roasted before it’s ordered to assure the freshest coffee. The bags are then vacuum sealed shut so no flavors escape and you have the freshest coffee at your finger tips.

All orders are roast to order, packed and generally shipped the same day. High volumes, USPS/UPS policy and COVID 19 issues may occasionally result in orders shipping the next business day. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
