Skull Coffee Retail FAQ

Skull Coffee Co/Temecula Roasters roasts our coffee fresh, daily! Orders are processed continually based on first received, first shipped. All orders are roast to  order, packed and generally shipped the same day. High volumes, USPS/UPS policy and  COVID 19 issues may occasionally result in orders shipping the next business day. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with complete tracking information.

Shipping within the United States is FREE. We struck a jackpot with the USPS and are able to provide it free to all United States residents, including US territories. International shipping rates are determined at the time of shipping by comparing to the USPS’ cheapest international shipping.

We ship everywhere in the US for now and we will be shipping everywhere USPS and Fed-x will deliver in the future.  We will announce when we go international.

If you receive a discount code, please enter it at checkout in the discount code field, and then click “apply”. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

When you sign up for a subscription order, meaning you will automatically get a bag of coffee every month, you will save 10% on your entire order.

Since we are Halloween lovers, we will always launch our “Pumpkin Patch” in the fall and will have it through the Holidays.

We will start our Christmas Flavors, right after Thanksgiving.

Due to our distributor, all orders placed are immediately processed. Please notify us within 12-24 hours of purchase if you’d like to cancel the order. We will then inform you if your order has already processed or not.

A: We have a really ightforward policy on returns.  

1).  If our website description is incorrect we will send you a new bag of coffee.  NEVER return coffee, as it will be thrown away since it is a food product.  Note, that you will need to provide photos and a description of what you received and send to Support <skullcoffeecompany@gmail.com>

2). If WE make an error (and we will. Our internal tracked error rate is 0.325% if  you sell enough, it will happen). This is typically: Wrong grind: ordered whole  and  sent drip or wrong label type of things. Our process is extremely custom and  humans at every step, so if/when we make an error, you simply tell us and we  will fix the issue and we pay for new coffee and shipping.  Again, we will need a photo and a description of what you received for our records, sent to Support <skullcoffeecompany@gmail.com>

3). If there is a post office issue, ie: said was delivered and you didn’t receive or something got lost in the mail, we will attempt to contact the post office first and then if we cannot get any info we will gladly take care of your order free of charge.

Coffee is best stored in an opaque, airtight container in a cool, dry place. You do not want your beans exposed to light or humidity, as it can compromise the freshness and quality!

Dried coffee, if stored properly, can last for a few months. We made this nifty chart to give you an idea!

Absolutely! We do not use sugar or sweeteners in our flavors, and each brewed 8oz cup has approximately 2 calories, 0g carbs and 0g sugar!
